Meet Danielle
I’m an experiential designer, researcher and creative writer based in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario.
I have a strong focus on designing for nature, with a fascination for the life sciences. I look to the natural world as a vital source of inspiration. Which has driven my investigation of the intersections between environment and humanity. Ever since I was just a sprig growing up in the Beverly Swamplands of Southwestern Ontario, I have held a meaningful connection with the natural world.
Using the power of narrative I craft immersive designs that engage with alternative worlds and futures. Integrating my vision for a more connected, regenerative, circular, and healthy world that inspires.
My practice is rooted in care, supported by creative ideation and systems thinking. Emphasizing the research and conceptual phases, especially in exploring how design can hold multiple layers of meaning.
At the heart of my work, I seek to connect with others on an emotional level. Apply tone and mood intentionally to amplify my message. With careful implementation of the elements and principles of design to enhance the resonant effect.
